ProjectForge 3.6.1，增加对 PostgreSQL 的支持

ProjectForge是一个基于Web的项目管理解决方案包括：工时表(Timesheet)、费用管理、项目甘特图，控制和管理工程分解结构。集成JiRA做为问题管理系统。

Changes:

1. Asterisk systems are supported for direct phone calls and texting out of ProjectForge. 
2. Asterisk-scripts are now included in the docs.
3. PostgreSQL is now supported also by the standalone version. 
4. The usability of the new to-do-management was improved. 
5. Usability of large task trees was improved by supporting fulltext-search-strings. 
6. Portlet-mode is now configurable for using ProjectForge in iframes or portals
