一.Use Photoshop and Fireworks to describe the layout of the website.such as which place we put the header,menu,banner,and functional area ,main content ,foot,and so on .
二.Use Dreamweaver or other software to write the structure of what you have described in up step,use table to locate the elements--the oldest method to sturcture the website,Or Use DIV+CSS to layout the website.
三.Use PHP+mysql to build your program of the funciton of website...to be continued..
