You will need Winrar to do so.

Then right click the extracted ISO file and select “Extract here” again.

You can also open ISO files with software called UltraISO. To mount UtraISO, click on the “Mount to virtual drive” icon on the third bar. Open the virtual drive. It is usually located after My Computer.

To start the game installation, right-click on the file named “Install.exe” and choose “Run As Administrator“.

Wait for the installation to complete.

As soon as the installation is complete, open the folder named “Skidrow” and copy all the files from there and paste them in the directory where you have installed the game. For example, if you have installed the game in “My Computer > Local Disk C > Program Files > “Game Name“, then paste those files into this directory.

Click on replace if it asks for it.
