tomoe-0.6.0 发布，手写识别引擎

tomoe-0.6.0 发布，Tomoe 是一个手写识别引擎，目前可以识别日语和汉字。Tomoe 提供有 GTK+ 界面，并包含 uim 和 SCIM 输入法模块。下图展示笔者在手写“东”后 Tomoe 的识别情况。

此次发布的包括：tomoe-0.6.0, tomoe-gtk-0.6.0, scim-tomoe-0.6.0 和 uim-tomoe-gtk-0.6.0。

相比 0.5.x 版本的变化：

根据语言环境自动默认字典。

$ LANG=zh_CN uim-tomoe-gtk
$ LANG=ja scim-tomoe
...

libtomoe-gtk 重命名为 tomoe-gtk。
添加 tomoe_gtk_init() 和 tomoe_gtk_quit()。因为tomoe_window_new() 调用tomoe_gtk_init() 兼容性的原因，建议在代码中调用tomoe_gtk_init() 。
添加--with-gucharmap 选项到tomoe-gtk。
Python 绑定。
一些小的bug修复。
