lftp 4.3.0 发布，命令行的FTP工具

LFTP是一款非常著名的字符界面的文件传输工具。支持FTP、HTTP、FISH、SFTP、HTTPS和FTPS协议。如果还需要ssl的支持，则需要额外的OpenSSL依赖。

Changes:

1. A new command 'attach' to control a backgrounded lftp. 
2. Automatically fills the torrent:ipv6 setting. 
3. Slightly improved torrent status display. 
4. A fix for the reconnect interval (it was sometimes uninitialized). 
5. Several fixes for the case of cmd:parallel>1
