解决方案：

1、在VC command prompt中使用dumpbin、cl命令，VC command prompt位置如下图示

2、运行C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\bin\vcvars32.bat。这个脚本临时建立环境变量，可以使用dumpbin、cl等命令。临时，也就是说要想直接在命令行使用，都必须运行该脚本。
