How to split/merge mp3 file

There is a very beautiful song named i will be your shelter,which was popular a few years ago.I kept it so long and set it as my phone rings or incoming message rings.I like the first 22 seconds rhythm　best but it lasts 3 minutes and 44 seconds.So,I try to find a way to cut the whole song and only retain the beginning 22 seconds.There mp3wrap is coming.

sudo apt-get install mp3wrap

1 Split the file
