求助,VS2010运行WEB项目报错安全性异常

我机器装的有，VS2005/2008/2010和SQL2008，但是vs2010运行WEB项目时，都会报下面的错误，不知道为什么。但是VS2005/2008都不抱错。谁知道谁告诉我啊。
