解决apache中出现不能访问根目录的问题

出现的问题：Forbidden You don't have permission to access /；
该问题可这样理解：不能访问 / .
问题描述： 在apache中配置虚拟主机shopt.beargoo.com.cn, <Virtualhost *:80> ServerName shopt.beargoo.com.cn DocumentRoot filepath </VirtualHost>
重启apache，访问localhost 正常。 访问http://shopt.beargoo.com.cn出现Forbidden You don't have permission to access /；
临时解决方法：在apache的主配置文件中，找到 <Directory /> </Directory> 一段，将deny from all去掉即可。
疑问：在未更改 deny from all 之前，localhost是直接能访问的。但是为什么输入虚拟主机的域名就不能访问呢？（待解决中）
