about django admin site

1. Install:
       Install Django correctly,
       Start a new project by django-admin.py startproject <PROJECT>,
       Uncomment the following tow lines in <PROJECT>/urls.py:
           from django.contrib import admin
           admin.autodiscover()
       Uncomment the following line in <PROJECT>/urls.py:
           (r'^admin/(.*)', admin.site.root),
       Add a new item to INSTALLED_APPS in <PROJECT>/settings.py:
           'django.contrib.admin',
       <PROJECT>/manage.py syncdb
2. Language:
       <PROJECT>/settings.py:
           TIME_ZONE
           LANGUAGE_CODE
