Could not open /dev/vmmon
是你没有把 vmware 加到 默认的 runlevel
#/etc/init.d/vmware start
这时就可以用了
用一下命令添加
#rc-update add vmware default
没在suse中试过， 仅供参考，但都是linux 不会差别太大
