apache2 autoindex charset设置

apache autoindex产生的页面不能使用AddDefaultCharset指定输出的字符集，可以使用mod_autoindex的IndexOptions来指定，如：IndexOptions Charset=gb2312。
mod_autoindex还有很多选项，如：IndexOptions FancyIndexing FoldersFirst HTMLTable等。
