what's wrong?

Today, I finished the ping from vpc to others hosts, including from one vpc to another. And the vpc can answer the unreachable packets, that means the outside hosts can trace the vpc. But I only got 2 hops when I tracing the outside hosts in the vpc. The routers don't forward the packets. What's wrong?!
