天冷好泡脚

足与健康的关系已被越来越多的人所重视，看看满大街的“足疗”、“足浴”开得红红火火就可见一斑。有按摩师给捏捏脚固然舒服，但是天天去、随时去就不大可能做到，而且费用也不低呀，还不用说那些“按摩师”里有多少“李鬼”呢！其实，泡脚这事儿在家也很容易做到，不但同样舒服，坚持下去对身体的好处可不是偶然去做一次足部按摩可比的。天冷了，正是热水泡脚的好时机。如果你喜欢晚上看电视，坐着也没事，不如趁机泡泡脚，一举两得。
怎样泡？
1 水深：一般人们都用脚盆，其实，那样难以达到“泡”的目的。水最好在脚踝以上10厘米，所以应该用桶泡。圆桶桶底的直径应够大，能使双脚放平。男士的脚大，可以用长方形的桶。
2 水温：刚开始温度可以高一些，使双脚有一个用热气熏的过程，然后尝试着泡一会儿，慢慢适应水的温度。放一个暖瓶在旁边，等感觉到水不怎么热了，就再少加一些热水，使脚始终感到温热。
3 时间：泡到全身发热，微微出汗，就说明全身的血液循环都带动起来了。一般这个过程需要20～30分钟。
坚持热水泡脚不仅可以促进全身血液循环，增加机体新陈代谢，还能改善睡眠，增强体力；减轻或消除关节疼痛。冬天中老年人脚后跟容易皲裂，泡后在脚跟擦些治皲裂的药，效果很好。你还会发现，泡过的部分，皮肤非常滑润。泡后趁着脚热，赶快躺进被子里，一晚上脚都是暖暖的，这个觉睡得该多么惬意啊。泡脚有这么多的好处，赶快行动起来吧！寒冷的冬天，我们有脚桶为伴，好好泡上三个月，等春暖花开的时候，你看看那时的身体状况还会跟现在一样吗？！
