Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting Field Staff and Windchill customers with the installation, configuration, and tuning of MCAD integration and Windchill products.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
Native or near native Korean AND Mandarin
Excellent communications skills
Customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and Mandarin
Good communication skills in English (at least CET-6 or equivalent)
Prioritization skills & self-motivated
Ability to quickly master new products and technologies
Recent hands-on IT experience is a requirement. Outstanding new graduates can be considered.
The following Knowledge, Skills & Abilities will be an advantage:
1.Experience in Web Technologies, Oracle, Networking, Unix and Windows NT
2.Web Technologies: Experience with Java code, Applets, Servlets, JSP, XML, HTML, and Webservers/Servlet engines
3.UNIX/NT: User level with basic administration knowledge
4.Oracle: Experience installing, creating, configuring, normalizing and tuning Oracle databases or similar relational databases.
5.Networking: Basic administration knowledge.
6.Object Orientated programming familiarity (Java)
Work experience in a multi-national company
