去Redhat网站下载了一Fedora6－DVD不过速度一流，哈！

首先，放入DVD

设置引导顺序，从cd引导。（设置方法，在Windows安装中就说过了，俺就免了）

从CD引导成功后出现如下图介面：

大体上是说如果从图形介面安装或升级请按“Enter"键，
如果从字符介面下安装或升级，请输入linux text,并且按“Enter“键。
要显示更多的功能，请按下面提示的按键。（居体的俺不知道，就不多说了。）
这里我们按“Enter”键，接下来计算机将会对所连接的设备进行检测。我们什么也不用做。直到出现图02.

此页面是说如果要测试这个CD媒体，请按选择OK；要跳过这个CD测试，并且开始安装请选择“Skip”。
如果想看这个CD有没有文件错误，请选择OK测试一下。
不想测试就Skip了。我按一般的顺序来说吧，我们就测试一下吧。
要跳过请进入“图07”

如图3，要测试请选择TEST，要弹出CD，并别换CD测试请选择Eject CD。

选择测试后会出现下图进度：

完成后选择OK

至此完成此张光盘的测试。

然后出现如下介面，大意是说，刚才的测试已经顺利完成，如果你还想测试其它媒体，请插入光盘，继续测试。
否则请选择“Continue"

下面是语言选择，选择“简体中文”即可

因为以前已经对硬件进行了检测，所以，一般没有错误的话，按默认选择。“美式键盘”

一路点”下一步“直到出现如下画面：
这就是Linux的分区管理了。因为是全中文的，也没什么难的。如图可以看到硬盘容量及分区的基本信息。

我们下面将会进行磁盘的分区，按一般的要求，我们分三个区，
一个“BOOT”分区，主要存放引导文件；
一个“／”根分区，一般的文件全入在里面。
还有一个是“Swap”分区，它的作用，相当于Windows的虚拟内存。

最终分区完成，如图15所示。

下面就是Linux的引导画面了，如果要多系统共存，就在这里进行更改。（现不介绍）

下图是配置网卡参数介面。选择设备“Eth0”进行编辑，可进行IP等方面的设置：

根用户口令设置，此为最高管理员。相当于Windows里的administrator

选择定制安装，可以更详细的进行选择。

选择好后下一步，检查软件包的依存。
