Hi Sam,
There should be a couple of built-in accounting reports under Performance Analysis you could use. Such as TrialBalance. To be exact profit and loss report, you may customize the report a bit to get it.

thanks for the link it is really very helpfull i as totaly losed in financial part thanks ones again can please sent me the link for balance sheet also that to will help me a lot so that i think i have finished the financial part with regards Sam |
