如何定制slackware的安装CD

我在www.linuxquestions.org上的slackware install版发了个问题：
“install custon kernels ：
The real question is that I want to install slackware10.2 on hp sdl360 g3 machine and none of the kernel seems fit for this situation, even I use the raid.s kernel. Everyone can tell me a clue to this problem?
Then I think about building a custom kernel including driver for smart array i5 controller, and make the way of installtion the same way: 2cd, fdisk, setup and everything is OK.
Could someone tell me how to build my custom kernel or show me some clue?

Look at http://www.slackware.com/install/bootdisk.php raid.s bootdisk notes that you may have to do some do-it-yourself-setup before/and or after install.
The top of main SW forum here has sticky about kernel compile and Shilo's 'This is how I do it all' is also another good one with good links to other resources.
