gupnp_service_freeze_notify — Freeze new notifications

gupnp_service_freeze_notify ( resource $service ) : bool

Causes new notifications to be queued up until gupnp_service_thaw_notify() is called.

成功时返回 TRUE，或者在失败时返回 FALSE。

gupnp_service_notify() - Notifies listening clients
gupnp_service_thaw_notify() - Sends out any pending notifications and stops queuing of new ones
