Encode::EBCDIC - EBCDIC Encodings
- use Encode qw/encode decode/;
- $posix_bc = encode("posix-bc", $utf8); # loads Encode::EBCDIC implicitly
- $utf8 = decode("", $posix_bc); # ditto
