it is cheaper. you can check from Amazon.co.jp
you can buy it from big retail store.
it is international model so can set up it many languages not just Japanese.
No ad version.
US just released the new version. make sure Japan is selling the new one
you need to bear the risk for hardware problem. I ordered 2 from Japan. 1 screen got serious issue.
